What Resins Do You Use To Make Bottles?
Our most common resins are High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) and Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC). We can easily run Medium-Density Polyethylene (MDPE), Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) as well as Polypropylene (PP) and PETG.
Do You Carry Stock?
No. Although our line includes many "stock" items, all orders are processed on a "Make and Ship" basis.
What Are Your Minimums?
There is no minimum quantity requirement. Our bottle and decorating prices take into account the quantity ordered and incorporate all set-ups and other charges. Naturally, short runs are more costly on a per bottle basis, but we will be happy to satisfy your needs.
What Is The Cost For Your Engineering Services?
Our engineering services are incorporated as part of the product development process and are provided free of charge to established customers. For new accounts, preliminary design sketches are provided free of charge. More involved calculations and engineering prints are quoted based on the complexity of the project. However, this expense is generally credited towards the purchase price of molds and bottles. Cost of models or stereo-lithography renditions are based on the style and size of the item and generally fall in the $200.00 to $800.00 range.

Our optimal range is 0.5oz to 32oz (15cc – 1L)
Do You Provide Filling And Packaging Services?
No.
What Are Your Lead Times?
Our estimated lead time to begin production:
Blow Molding: 4-6 weeks
Decoration: 2-3 weeks
How Long Does It Take To Make New Molds?
Our estimated lead-time to construct new Extrusion Molds is 4-6 weeks from drawing approvals, 10-12 weeks for a complete set of PET MOLDS.
